With my training in mediation and collaborative family law, I am fully accepting of the direction given by academics and the courts to take a modified adversarial approach to family law litigation.  When children are at the heart of a case, it is all the more important to be frank and fair in making best efforts to achieve quick and reasonable results for my clients.  The Rules of the Family Court support this approach.
